When a claim is revised, the original statement, the correction, and the date it was applied are recorded here in full. Nothing is quietly edited and buried. The record of what changed, and when, is itself public.

How to submit a correction
Send a note to the Editorial desk with the specific claim and the corrective evidence. The Office reviews all submissions. Confirmed corrections are acknowledged within five working days and logged in this docket. Corrections to attribution, dates, statistics, and quoted material are all in scope.
